Butchery Lecturer

Plumpton College has taken the lead on delivering the new Butchery Trailblazer apprenticeship programme and is now actively seeking a professional and ambitious Lecturer to form an integral part of our growing Butchery teaching team. If you’re an experienced Butchery Trainer and are looking for a role that will motivate you, challenge you and give you plenty of variety then this could be the right role for you. The role will involve visiting students in the work place as well as working in our training centre. 

The ideal candidate will be a professional, hardworking and confident team player with an extensive knowledge of the butchery industry and experience of practical butchery in a variety of species. With highly effective teaching, learning and assessment experience, you will need to coordinate students, employers and resources to ensure that students gain excellent vocational and academic skills.
