Working week: Monday to Friday 8am - 5.30pm, one hour lunch break, 37.5 hours per week
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Apprentice to work for Toolsave based in Wolverhampton. Working within a busy office environment, training will cover all aspects of Customer Service in line with the Company’s standard operating procedures.
The Apprentice will play an important team role in the day to day organisation and smooth running of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone calls
- Dealing with visitors face to face
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Database inputting and maintenance
- Typing of various items including marketing material and general correspondence as required
- To relay information between customers and colleagues to keep both parties informed on the current situation
- Responding to emails
- General admin support for staff
Desired skills:
- Candidates must be well organised with effective communication skills
- An excellent telephone manner is required as well as the ability to work on their own initiative
- Candidates must be computer literate and have experience of using Microsoft packages
Personal qualities:
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
- Smart appearance
- Confident in dealing with customers
- Driving license and access to a vehicle would be beneficial due to start and finish times
Qualifications required:
- A* - C/4 or above in GCSE English and Maths or equivalent
Training provider:
Working towards gaining a Customer Service Level 2 Standard, accompanied by Functional Skills if necessary.
