Apprenticeship level: Intermediate
Apprenticeship duration: 12 months

Working week: Monday to Friday 10.00am - 4.30pm, 30 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Taking customer orders
- Dealing with customer enquiries face to face, by telephone and online
- Ensuring items are shipped for delivery
- Processing orders through online sites such as ebay
- Documenting all order enquiries
- Data inputting
