A fantastic opportunity has opened for a Head of Subjects and Academic Enhancement to join the Senior Management Team, and if you answered ‘yes’ to all the above then please keep reading!

So what is this role and where does it fit in?

This is a national role within the Netherlands that is part of the senior management team. Its aim is to provide the leadership and vision to deliver excellent student outcomes and be accountable for achieving these; quality assurance and enhancement and curriculum innovation which embeds strong collaborative working with the universities, partners and the network. The right candidate will be required to lead and manage.

What experience do you need?

  • Extensive teaching experience in a relevant subject in Science or Business discipline
  • Extensive teaching experience of international students in a Further or Higher Education Institution context
  • Experience of managing staff in an office environment.
  • Experience of data management and interpretation, and quality assurance.
  • Experience of providing advice, guidance or student support in the context of education or training.
  • Experience of developing or delivering initiatives with a strong customer service and results focus.

Holland International Study Centre

Our Holland centre is a modern, business-like centre, based in the heart of Amsterdam offering fantastic views of this beautiful city. Starting from the modish reception area, all the way through to the classrooms, this centre offers an excellent work in environment and facilities for staff and students. The centre has a strong focus on growth, so the right candidate will be entering the centre at a key time. The centre specialises in Business and Management, and Science and Engineering, offering two programmes that are taught in English.
