Student Engagement Manager

Are you a professional manager with a positive outlook? Do you have experience of managing a team that are based across two sites? Can you deliver a high quality customer service to our service users? If so we want to hear from you.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Student Engagement Manager within our Student Services Department. This role will be based across both our City and Henley campuses.

In this key role you will manage the reception function and the information, advice and guidance services. These facilities support our students in making their decisions about their future career.

You will also manage the development and distribution of the range of learner support funds to ensure that our students who are experiencing financial barriers are still able to attend and access the College facilities and succeed.

You will develop and manage the delivery of a professional and flexible learning resource service. This will support the teaching and learning functions of the College and respond to the changing needs of the students and staff.

In addition to this you will design and deliver an innovative student engagement strategy ensuring that there are a range of opportunities for students to contribute to improving the learning experience by contributing their views.

To be successful in this role you will need to have previous experience of effective management and development of cross-college information, advice and guidance services, including the admissions and enrolment processes.

You will need to have a Level 2 qualification in English and Maths and evidence of continuing professional development. You will need to also have a specialist or a professional qualification relevant to the area of work and a Level 3 Safeguarding qualification.
