Exams Business Officer

Working within the fast-paced, high-volume College Exams and Assessment Services (CEAS) team, we are seeking a skilled administrator who can display exemplary attention to detail as well as the ability to deliver an outstanding customer service.

You will join a dedicated team who organise all aspects of exams and assessments for college based learners: Registrations with awarding organisations, submission of coursework for moderation, students' access arrangements, online and paper based vocational assessments, public examinations (GCSEs and A-Levels), degree exams, and invigilation arrangements; as well as, certification and notification to students of their results across a wide range of programmes.

As an Exams Business Officer, you will work closely with the student population, tutors, section area managers, and heads of faculty, as well as awarding organisations, whilst adhering to Joint Council for Qualifications' (JCQ's) regulations. This role is not for the feint-hearted but is immensely rewarding.
