Residential Supervisor - Full Time

We have an opportunity for you to join our team as a Full Time Residential Supervisor (House Parent).

• Do you like working with younger students? Can you demonstrate good judgement and decision making? Are you  passionate about delivering excellent safeguarding, care and promoting the holistic health and wellbeing of children and are you an excellent communicator and team player?
• The successful person will be flexible, creative and a good listener who can apply college policies and rules whilst demonstrating sensitivity, tact and diplomacy and be skilled at advising and guiding our students in their academic achievement through support, mentoring and nurturing

Full Time Residential Supervisor/House Parent

• You will focus on working with under 18 boarders
• Working 17.00 – 09.00 (with 30 min unpaid lunch break) on a 7 day on and 7 day off rota, with onsite sleeping hours from 12 midnight, you will join the Boarding Team as an Under 18 Residential Supervisor/House Parent
