We are seeking to appoint highly motivated, enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the ALS team at BCoT, working alongside specialist tutors and vocational lecturing staff to provide an outstanding learning experience for our more disadvantaged learners.
This is an exciting opportunity to offer in-class support to learners with a range of learning difficulties, disabilities and differences across the college.
The successful candidate will educated to Level 3 and have experience of supporting young people 16 plus. Experience of supporting learners with LDD in a classroom environment is desirable.
