Apprenticeship duration: 12 months

Possible start date: 26th March 2018

Working week: Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm, 40 hours per week

Central Supplies require a new member of staff to join our vibrant sales team. You will be working in our busy sales office alongside 8 other team members.


  • Taking and processing sales orders
  • Dealing with customer queries and complaints
  • Invoicing
  • Data analysis

Qualifications required:

  • GCSE’s in Maths and English A-D or equivalent is required.

Training provider:

The successful applicant will complete the Customer Service Practitioner Standard and a Diploma in Customer Service, which will be delivered in work time by Assessors from Dudley College of Technology.
