Weston College is seeking a strategic, visionary, and experienced manager to take on the leadership and management of this key faculty.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to fully embrace the 'can do' culture and positive ethos of the College, whilst devising and implementing a vision and a curriculum offer for the future. The person appointed will have the added benefit of an entrepreneurial and focused team of Subject Area Managers, in terms of driving change, as well as state of the art resources for teaching and learning.

You will:

  • Have a proven track record in leading and delivering educational change.
  • Demonstrate the strategic ability to nurture and develop a highly effective team of managers and staff.
  • Be approachable, entrepreneurial, and focussed on learners, whilst leading by example.
  • Display a clear understanding of learning pedagogy, and experience of raising standards and improving teaching, learning, and assessment.

A relocation package will be considered and offered, where appropriate.
