As the Employer Engagement Advisor, you will be developing the College's long-term vision for a highly successful Sales Team that will position Weston College strongly for future income generation in Further and Higher Education training.

Working in a field based capacity in the Midlands / Birmingham / Manchester area, you will be taking forward a highly professional and successful 'sales' agenda to penetrate specific sectors meeting national, regional, and local Apprenticeship priorities and stringent KPIs.
