As the Head of Marketing, Sales and Recruitment you will lead the overall strategic brand of communications, sales and student recruitment for the College. You will develop intuitive user experiences through delivery of an integrated platform strategy that enables relevant and compelling engagement through the market lifecycle.
Leading a team of sales, marketing and communications you will build strong relationships and offer advice on new approaches, using vision to exploit market opportunities and drive innovation.
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
- Experience of leading high profile and high impact multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Experience in implementing, embedding and evaluating brand building strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Skill at educating and inspiring teams to work with and advocate for the brand.
- A strong understanding of the full channel mixed with an emphasis on digital and a passion for media innovation.
