Examination Invigilators

Do you have free time during the following dates in May and June and would like to earn money? Do you have excellent communication and organisational skills? If so we would love to hear from you!

We are looking to add to our dedicated team of Exam Invigilators to assist in covering examinations throughout the year for both paper-based and on-line examinations.

In these roles you will be responsible for ensuring that the security and integrity of the examination is maintained in accordance with the regulations of the examining body of the College. Hours worked will be on a demand basis, predominantly during peak exam seasons.

We have a particular need to cover the below dates:

• Thursday 24th May 8.30 am -12.00 pm
• Tuesday 5th June 8.30 am – 12.00 pm
• Thursday 7th June 8.30 am -12.00 pm
• Friday 8th June 8.30 am – 12.00 pm
• Tuesday 12th June 8.30 am – 12.00 pm

A professional individual you will work part of a team to ensure the smooth running of examination sessions in accordance with board regulation and guidelines. You need to able to understand and apply examination board regulations.

In this key role there may be an opportunity to read or scribe for students who have qualified for access arrangements because of special education needs and disabilities.

Please note training will be provided, however experience of invigilating examinations or similar activities would be advantageous.

A high standard of written and spoken English are essential.

The roles are available across both our campuses at City and Henley. Please can you indicate your preference on your application.

Successful applicants will be required to apply for a DBS check.
