Boston College is looking to recruit a variable hours Assessor in Early Years. As an Assessor you will be responsible for your own caseload of learners, carrying out regular assessments against the qualification using a variety of assessment methods, ensuring quality and credibility. You will provide guidance and monitoring in accordance with quality procedures and awarding body standards and produce action plans to include the plan and programmes of assessment, feedback and timescale for delivery.
You will have excellent organisation and communication skills and be able to work on own initiative.
You must hold a relevant foundation degree or degree in Early Years. You must have proven experience of working within an early year’s setting. Preferably you will be qualified or working towards an Assessors and/or Internal Verifiers qualification.
