Lecturer – Textiles (0.2FTE)
Salary: £31,147 - £37,791 per annum, pro rata
Hours: 7 hours per week
Perth College UHI is one of Scotland’s leading Colleges of Further and Higher Education, and a large partner in Scotland’s newest University, the University of the Highlands and Islands.
The post holder will be part of a growing team to take forward the development of a new and innovative qualification which will contribute to addressing a national shortage in Home Economics teachers. It will also involve working with industry, education authorities and academics.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and well qualified individual who is passionate about textiles education and learning. Your skills should be current and occupational experience is essential.
You must have clear and confident communication skills, the ability to relate well to others and work as part of a team, good planning and organisational skills, initiative and self-motivation.
