We are currently seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic individual to join our Buildings & Resources function. Working in a core area of College operations you will support and help coordinate the activities of a small team of specialists to ensure the College facilities are fit for purpose. You will collate and maintain a variety of records and database files relating to buildings and their maintenance and provide regular information and reports for review by the Buildings & Resources Manager and other stakeholders. You will main a central record of all risk assessments and monitor and inform staff of reviews and updates. In addition you will also maintain an accurate record of all accidents and associated actions.

You will have a minimum of a grade C in GCSE Maths and English Language (or equivalent) and ideally be degree educated (or equivalent). You will be highly organised with experience of working in roles requiring a review of large volumes of data and working with confidential information. With a flexible approach to your work you will be a competent user of IT systems with a strong team ethic.
