Maternity cover, 6 months initially

We have a unique maternity cover opportunity for a Short Course Project Co-ordinator to join an enthusiastic and developing organisation. As part of the Development Team you will take responsibility for developing, implementing and managing our diverse and highly successful Short Course Programme. 

You will be a confident project manager able to balance multiple priorities while maintaining outstanding customer service. You will have experience managing booking systems and developing effective processes. You will have excellent administration skills coupled with an ability to shape an exciting programme of courses within the creative industries. 

This diverse role contributes directly to the College’s core objective to support access to outstanding resources and facilitate progression routes to Pre-degree and Higher Education courses. You will need excellent communication skills to work with colleagues at all levels of the organisation and to manage the operational and strategic elements of the role.

As a specialist arts college since 1856, we are an institution that focuses solely on creative education. In the heart of the South West, our College is a unique location in Devon where a continuum of education from 4 years (in Plymouth School of Creative Arts) to a Postgraduate Degree can be achieved.
