We have a great opportunity for you to join us as Personal Assistant to the Principal on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis.

The key responsibilities of this role is to provide a comprehensive and professional service to the Principal. This includes assisting in the smooth, efficient functioning of the department and manage information and business flow between departments.

In order to do this role you will need:

  • Previous experience of working as PA support to Senior Executives.
  • Experience of managing sensitive and confidential information Proficient use of MS Office packages, particularly Word, Outlook, Powerpoint and Excel.
  • To be self-motivated, problem solver with an attention detail.
  • Excellent administrative, organisation and planning skills.
  • Proactive and manages time and work load effectively.
  • To be a team player and able to support other staff when needed.
  • The ability to work under pressure and on own initiative paying close attention to detail to deliver high quality results.
