Agricultural education has been at the forefront of Plumpton College for over 90 years and this role as Curriculum Manager is an exciting opportunity to shape and further develop our provision to meet the needs of tomorrow’s agriculturalists and wider food sector employees. Reporting to the Head of Faculty, you will lead a dedicated team delivering the best possible experience to students through consistently good and outstanding teaching standards and services, also working closely with the management team of our successful commercial farm.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of managing a dynamic team and have extensive specialist knowledge of the Agri-food sector along with relevant professional and teaching qualifications. An excellent communicator with highly developed interpersonal skills, the successful applicant will be an inspiring leader with a sound understanding of budget management.
