Working week: Full time position (30-40 hrs per week), however working hours are flexible
Monday to Friday 7.00am - 8.00pm
Saturday 8.00am - 5.00pm
Sunday 10.00am - 4.00pm
We are a health food shop providing nutritionally balanced take-away and meal prep services to our customers. We have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate apprentice chef to kick-start their career in the industry. You will be working alongside our head chef and sous chef in a fast-paced kitchen.
Full uniform provided. Any local bus/train/metro charges you incur for travel to work will be reimbursed.
We are based opposite Hale train station and a 15 minute walk from Altrincham town centre. Good transport routes.
Responsibilities:
- Daily meal preparation for meal prep customers
- Bulk preparation of foods to be used that day for meal prep/take-away orders
- Short order service for take-away orders
- Plating and presentation skills
- Monitoring stock levels
- Ordering stock and receiving deliveries
- Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene

Qualifications required:
- GCSE D,3 or above in Maths and English or equivalent
