Employer: The Baths Supper Bar
Apprenticeship level: Intermediate
Apprenticeship duration: 12 months
Possible start date: 12th March 2018
Working week:
Monday and Tuesday 9.00am - 2.00pm
Wednesday to Friday 9.00am - 2.00pm and 5.00am - 8.00pm
30 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of sauces, salads, gravies and curries.
- Preparation of potatoes
- Preparation and filleting of fish
- Making batter.
- General cooking, e.g. burgers, nuggets, kebabs etc.
- Serving customers
- Frying fish and potatoes
- Oil management
