Apprenticeship level: Intermediate

Apprenticeship duration: 12 months

Possible start date: 12th March 2018

Working week: Monday to Friday normally 9.00am - 5.00pm but regular early finish on Fridays, 37.5 hours per week

IP Exchange are looking for adaptable and tenacious individuals who want a career in the rapidly changing and exciting telecoms industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking inbound service calls and making service calls to existing customers
  • Making outbound calls to businesses
  • Performing admin tasks and updating the company CRM system
  • Responding to website queries and email queries
  • Providing operational support for new customers
  • Improving knowledge of the Telecoms industry and of the relevant IPEX systems
  • Leads generated will be rewarded on a commission basis
