Reporting to the Executive Director of HR, we are looking to recruit a Senior HR Business Partner to join our team.
The post holder will act as key strategic interface between HR and specific business areas (predominately Curriculum) within the College in order to proactively support and add value in the delivery of their business objectives and promoting good HR practice.
Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- To work in partnership with Executive Directors, Directors, Managers and their departments to ensure the business and HR strategies are aligned supporting business objectives.
- To gain full understanding of departmental business needs and provide integrated HR support to management teams. Identify gaps, propose and implement change necessary to cover risks.
- To coach and support managers in order to ensure they fulfill the people management aspects of their role with openness and transparency incorporating equality and diversity issues.
- To fully participate in the wider business projects with an HR focus.
You will be required to cover our Aylesbury, Wycombe, and Amersham Campuses.
