Part Time Trainer Assessor in Retail and Customer Services

15 hours per week based at the Skills Shop, Trafford Centre

Do you have a passion for Retail and good customer service?

We are looking for an inspiring and motivating Assessor/Trainer with experience of working in the Retail and Customer Service sector. In this role you will be responsible for delivery on a variety of Retail and Customer Services programmes. The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of high quality, effective development and training.

You will need a relevant Assessors and Verifiers qualification along with a relevant teaching qualification. Experience of assessing and/or teaching within the Retail and Customer Service sector is also essential.
