We have a great opportunity at Kent Sussex Regional Office to join the Novus team as a Regional Director on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis.

The purpose of this role is to lead on the Regional Education strategy, implementation and performance to ensure learner, contractual, quality and financial targets are met. Working collaboratively and constructively with key regional strategic partners, labour market business partners and stakeholders in order to maximise successful learner outcomes and income generation. To do this successfully you'll need a proven track record of:-

• Leading on major strategy implementation and achieving outstanding results within budget and to deadlines

• Co-ordinating curriculum development that meets learner and employer needs

• Working effectively and pro-actively to improve the quality and quantity of learning and skills delivery and learner outcomes in a custodial offender learning environment

• Leading a successful, high performing and highly motivated team.
