Summary of Responsibilities:

Provide a professional reception service on the campus dealing with all enquiries

Use the college switchboard using the correct procedure and answer all calls in accordance with the service level agreement/ college policy

Ensure all calls are directed to the appropriate extension
-
Ensure all visitors are appropriately greeted and issued with a visitors pass and directed to the correct destination

To be able to follow specific procedures in case of emergency

Accurate inputting of data onto the college computer systems
-
Maintaining comprehensive audit trails for internal and external audits

Participate in enrolment throughout the academic year

Support the department in providing a professional internal and external postal service
