Loughborough College is experiencing significant growth in its Technology area and has a large and thriving Electrical Installation Programme Area.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced candidate to deliver on a broad range of electrical installation courses from level 1 to level 3 and to undertake course leadership duties as required. You will be a key member of our dedicated curriculum delivery team, involved in teaching and assessment in our fully equipped electrical workshops and in class, recruiting prospective learners and supporting curriculum development at welcome events etc.
You will ideally have a proven track record of industrial experience and as a lecturer, preferably with previous course leadership experience as well as sound planning, administration and organisational skills. You will hold an appropriate level 3 qualification in electrical/electro technical installation and already hold/working towards a teaching qualification. A subject specialism or specific experience in an area of electrical installation will be advantageous.
