The purpose of this position is to provide system administration and technical support on a range of Learning Technology systems. The successful candidate will assist students and staff with the use of Learning Technology. They will also be expected to assist with the development of Learning Technology systems in line with the College ILT Strategy

Your duties will include, but not be limited to having to:

  • To deliver outstanding customer service and technical support by effectively meeting the Learning Technology support needs of staff and students.
  • To support the development of the College VLE in conjunction with the Digital Learning & Innovation Manager and the College ILT Strategy.
  • To provide technical support and administration of student tracking systems (ProMonitor) and e-ILPs (ProPortal, OneFile etc).
  • To support the system administration and development of the College Intranet in conjunction with the Digital Learning & Innovation Manager.

This post will be based at Amersham Campus with travel to Wycombe and Aylesbury campuses as required.
