30 hours per week, term-time only (38 weeks of the year).
Location: Amersham or Aylesbury
The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the Head of Learning Support Services, Learning Support Team Leader, and all work related to students with an identified learning difficulty or disability.
Your duties will include, but not be limited to having to:
- To assist the Learning Support Team Leader to produce all documentation required, e.g. correspondence, reports, data, student documents and handouts in a timely manner ensuring a high level of quality.
- To manage the documentation for all SEND students, including setting up and updating student files and uploading relevant information on Pro-Monitor.
- To collate and provide feedback to County Councils on progress and outcomes of students with an EHC Plan.
- To provide parents and curriculum teams with information on students receiving support and any changes to support.
- To manage the Learning Support Team’s diaries, organise meetings and schedule appointments.
The location for this position is yet to be confirmed, but the post-holder will need to work across all three campuses.
