Learning Skills Coaches inspire learners of all ages and make a real difference to the educational experience.

These key roles provide educational support and guidance to our learners along with the practical support to help them achieve their potential in their chosen vocational study. You will work on a 1-2-1 basis as well as in group settings with students on a range of activities associated with their course whether it be improving literacy and numeracy, developing study skills, starting an assignment or learning how to research on a computer. Working closely with Learning Support Tutors you will use a range of learning materials and activities to make a real difference!

If you are graduate (or equivalent) and have strong numeracy and literacy skills and have a passion for learning this roles will be of interest to you. You will be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills and excellent communication skills. Knowledge or experience of the vocational areas linked to our curriculum would be advantageous but not essential.
