Lecturer – Learning Support

We are currently looking for an innovative and inspiring individual to join our Learning Support team in a lecturing capacity. Supporting the student journey from beginning to end; you will be responsible for conducting initial assessments with students to identify any additional support needs; planning and implementing additional support as appropriate and review as required. You will also deliver key sessions on a group or 1:1 basis to students requiring additional support.

In addition, for those candidates with relevant experience or those willing to train; there is an opportunity to take on additional responsibility to assess students for exam concession requirements. This may attract an additional responsibility allowance.

Applicants will ideally have experience of working in a similar role and be comfortable supporting a range of additional student needs. You will be well organised with excellent communication skills and committed to making a real difference to the lives of our students and ensure their success.
