As an experienced leader and manager with an understanding of Apprenticeship provision you will be responsible for working with delivery and assessment specialists to deliver a range of Apprentice programmes to work based learners and apprentices at the College. This will include the timetabling structure, resource management, initial assessment and delivery of outstanding outcomes. You will lead and manage a team of practitioners and support the ongoing development of the Apprenticeship provision, a key strategic priority for the College.

It is vital that you have extensive working knowledge of current Apprenticeship frameworks as you will be required to apply this knowledge to the future planning of the provision at Moulton College. You will be educated to degree level, and ideally hold a teacher training qualification. You will be able to demonstrate a record of achievements in working with employers and evidence the successful implementation of innovative study programmes. You will be an outstanding communicator and at ease liaising with a number of internal and external stakeholders to progress key plans.
