Term Time Only – 32 hours per week over 38 weeks a year
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Kitchen and Restaurant Assistant to join our Hospitality team at Loughborough College. Situated in the Radmoor Centre you will be required to maintain kitchen and back of house areas in accordance with HACCP regulations.
Your role will include working closely with the Chef Lecturers and the Restaurant Instructor to deliver operational service and maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the Radmoor Kitchen and Restaurant. You will work in the Radmoor kitchen delivering a kitchen porter service and work with the Restaurant Instructor to support the day to day activities in the Radmoor restaurant.
You should be able to deliver consistently high standards of customer service with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
