County Training is looking for an enthusiastic and flexible keyworker to plan and coordinate training and support for young people on employability courses. This is an hourly paid post on a casual contract.
You will be responsible for sourcing and monitoring work placement opportunities for 16 -24 year olds. You will also be responsible for ensuring that learners progress to a positive destination at the end of their Study Programme or Traineeship.
You will work closely with the tutor team to plan, monitor and review all aspects of the learning programme.
