We are looking to recruit a full time Student Support Co-ordinator on a fixed term contract basis, delivering support interventions as directed by the Student Services Manager to enable individual learners to successfully access study programme provision, be retained, and achieve appropriate value added outcomes in keeping with their identified potential. You will play a major role in the pastoral, support, administrative and social aspects of the student’s college experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with students and young people in both a supportive and disciplinary role with a strong desire to see students succeed.  With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will demonstrate a clear understanding of the factors affecting student welfare and best practice in maintaining and enhancing student behaviour and safeguarding.
