Loughborough College are looking for Invigilators to join the team to provide a robust exam service to students, ensuring compliance with rules and regulations.
Reporting directly to the Senior Exams Officer, you will be responsible for the preparation of exam rooms and desks and conducting the exam in a professional manner in line with JCQ and Awarding Bodies. You will ensure the accurate collection of scripts before returning all papers to the exam office.
You must have good organisational skills and have the ability to work quickly and accurately. Strong IT skills and experience in an administration and/or a school setting are essential. Peak exam times are January, May and June and it is crucial that these periods are covered.
