Fixed term for 2 years

Providing comprehensive administrative support to a Large Faculty, you will be aspiring to a career in Business Administration and be keen to learn and develop your skills in this area. As an apprentice you will be supported to complete the Business Administrator Standard.

Word-processing and customer service will be a large focus of this role, so good computer skills are essential (Word, Excel and databases), as well as the ability to write letters and notes, with good attention to detail for data inputting and record keeping.

With support from the Faculty Administrator you will need to prioritise your own workload, often working on your own initiative supporting the Faculty Management Team.  Candidates must be able to work flexibly, liaise professionally with people of all levels, and be able to deal with sensitive issues confidently. Excellent customer service skills are essential. In order to qualify for the academic and training aspects of this role you will need at Least 5 GCSEs or equivalent at 9-4 (A-C). grade which must include Maths, English and ICT.
