Programme Manager - Performing Arts & IT

We are seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic highly motivated and innovative Programme Manager to work within the Creative Arts provision for Music, Performance and IT.

The successful applicant will be a widely experienced vocationally-competent curriculum manager and have a proven track record of raising the overall standards of teaching, learning and assessment in their area of expertise.

You will be responsible for providing leadership to a range of course teams, with particular responsibility for Music, Performance and IT.

You will be able to demonstrate a track record of success in delivering teaching and learning and will need to hold a teaching qualification such as Cert. Ed, PGCE or equivalent. 

You need to be an adaptable and resilient self-starter who is entrepreneurial and confident, inspiring and comfortable leading on presentations to differing internal and external audiences. You will be committed to excellence in the teaching and learning experience with a demonstrable track record and will have a diplomatic and persuasive leadership style able to influence a wide variety of stakeholders.
