Flexible Hours Trainer Assessor Clinical Care

The College has commitment to work based learning and raising skills for industry and has exciting opportunities for experienced trainer/assessors to deliver training and carry out assessment on the Clinical Care programmes we are delivering.

Responsibilities will include conducting initial assessments and training needs analysis, planning and delivering innovative learning programmes enabling learners to develop their knowledge and practical skills and carrying out regular learning reviews to ensure learners succeed in a timely manner.

To be considered for this role:

• You must hold either a Level 3 in Clinical Healthcare or Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care (obtained within a clinical environment) or have Registered General Nurse Status or a Degree in Nursing.
• You will also need a Level 2 qualification in English and Maths along with the A1 Assessor Award and the PTLLS or equivalent qualification, or be willing to work towards them.
• Experience of working in Clinical Care is essential.
