Business, Warehousing and Logistics are an outstanding department and due to continued success and expansion of the HE provision are seeking to employ a full time experienced and innovative HE Pathway Leader with sufficient experience. The role will include recruitment of students, student support, Teaching and managing the quality of the provision.
The post will report to the Programme Manager LR and will work closely with all teachers in Business, Warehousing and Logistics.
You will need to demonstrate a passion for achievement, commitment to quality and to supporting learners in all aspects of their educational studies. As a HE Pathway Leader you should possess excellent communication skills; have the ability to work individually as well as contributing to a team. You will hold a relevant degree, have relevant experience teaching and understand the requirements of study on a HE programme.
This is a busy and varied post and so it is essential that you have the ability to maintain high service standards whilst under pressure.
