Instructor/Trainer Laboratory Technician

Can you deliver high quality learning experiences? Would you like to support apprentices to achieve their framework of qualifications through the delivery of inspiring training, learning and assessment?

We are looking for someone who can both train and assess our laboratory technician apprentices who are working on advanced frameworks. The position will involve training and assessing competence in the workplace.

You will prepare lesson and assessment plans, arranging materials and resources for individual sessions, applying effective differentiation to stretch and challenge techniques. You will hold progress reviews with students, ensuring they achieve the best of their ability, in line with awarding organisation and college requirements. 

Ideally you will have teaching and assessing qualifications, or demonstrate a willingness to work towards this.
