We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a responsive and proactive Communications Officer to join our communications team on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis.
The purpose of this role is to develop communications to support the delivery of LTE group's strategic plan, including colleague and external communications (press and media) and other stakeholder communications relating to Group projects and communication deliverables.
Qualifications and skills required:
- Experience in a communications role. Managing messages, building positive relationships and providing guidance and solutions to internal stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills and strong listening skills - ability to work well as part of a team and as a self-starter.
- Experience in working flexibly to tight deadlines, while still maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage a multitude of activities with competing deadlines.
- Experience of producing engaging, clear and accessible communications for a range of audiences both internally and externally.
- Proven self-starter able to work independently and as part of a team across a range of different projects at any one time.
