The Employability and Skills team have expanded rapidly and are looking to recruit a new Employability and Skills Coach/Tutor to primarily work in the Yorkshire and Midlands region. The majority of work will be through our new learning centre in the heart of Doncaster.

This main purpose of the role will be to plan and deliver high quality teaching and learning sessions aimed at progressing learners to a successful job outcome at the end of the courses. The main delivery will be on employability courses plus any vocational courses that the successful applicant can deliver to add value.

The successful applicant will also provide learner and pastoral support to make sure progression through the programmes is maintained and successful outcomes achieved. The successful applicant will need to adapt sessions and tailor them to the diverse sectors and employers we provide services for.
