This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Bellerbys Product team in North, South and Southeast Asia (NSSA). This team is responsible for area-wide student recruitment and revenue targets at the three Bellerbys Colleges and works alongside our agent-facing Partner Sales team to deliver an effective and sustainable growth strategy. This player-manager role will also take ownership of recruitment activities and new student enrolment growth from Hong Kong and South Asia.
Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of the relevant Bellerbys international student recruitment targets.
- Drive a high performance culture and lead the regional team including in the development and ongoing management of regional NSSA missions budgets.
- Support Deputy Director in delivering centre/product sales strategy.
- Represent Bellerbys at exhibitions and recruitment events.
- Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise in Hong Kong and South Asia.
- Deliver product education and training across Partner Sales and Agent network.
- Devise and implement a Sales Action Plan with Partner Sales.
- Contribute to ongoing product development with sector insights and product scoping.
- Coordinate in market visits for academic and executive/senior sales managers.
- Identify regional marketing needs and work with Deputy Director to make available localised product materials for all key markets.
Experience Required
- Considerable experience in product sales and marketing in the UK education market.
- Commercial, target focused sales manager with a successful record of delivering results through sustainable sales and conversion strategies.
- Experience nurturing strategic customer relationships and working proactively to recognise customers business requirements.
- Knowledge and understanding of the international student marketplace and the challenges within this industry.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and change and the ability to lead a team through change.
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
