Senior HR Business Partner
Bradford College is looking for a Senior HRBP who will play a pivotal role in coaching the HRBP and Resourcing Teams to lead a cohesive cross College HR Service.
You will help develop people solutions which demonstrate a clear understanding of business areas so that you are able to challenge, support and lead managers to make well informed decisions/actions regarding their people issues.
You will work with the People Services Director and colleagues in People Services to support people related projects and to develop the People Strategy.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of working in an HR role, delivering HR services in a complex unionised environment and will be able to communicate in an approachable and professional manner.
