We are currently seeking an individual to work as a Job Coach, based at our Colchester campus. This role will be focused on supporting students with a learning difficulty and/or disability to develop skills to enable progression from College into employment. This will involve assisting with recruitment, interviewing and assessment processes and empowering learners to work independently and integrate with other colleagues within the work place.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of GCSE grades 9-4 in English and Maths (or equivalent), and hold a level 2/3 Learning Support qualification (or be willing to achieve whilst in post).
