Sparsholt College is in an exciting phase having merged with the former Tertiary College in Andover in 2007 to build a diverse, innovative and successful College and University Centre of circa £29 million turnover. Sparsholt College has maintained its reputation as one of the leading land based FE/HE colleges in the country and has doubled the student enrolment at Andover College in 10 years through an excellent GFE and Sixth Form provision with strong community and local authority support.
With the impending retirement of our current Deputy Principal, in July 2018, the College is seeking to recruit a high calibre individual to lead the Heads of Faculty and Dean of HE in their responsibilities for the delivery and quality of the curriculum across both campuses and the safeguarding of the learning community.
