Learning Services Assistant (Truro)

25 hours per week

Term time only

An enthusiastic and pro-active individual is required to work in our busy learning centres. Applicants must have excellent IT and organisational skills, good customer service skills, and enjoy working with young people. Previous experience in a similar environment or within a library role would be beneficial. Hours would include cover on some afternoons up to 7pm.

Main Purpose: 

The Learning Services Team operates across the Truro Campus. The post holder is expected to work across the provision.

1. To assist with the day to day operations of the Learning Services Team.
2. To provide an outstanding customer service experience to all members of the college community.
3. To actively engage in developing and promoting the Learning Services Provision.
