We have a great opportunity at HMP Wormwood Scrubs to join the education team as our Operations Manager on a Permanent, Full Time (37 hours per week) basis.
The purpose of this role is to provide a service in line with the contractually required standard. To manage the guidance/resettlement services team, ensuring that all budget, quality and operational targets are achieved in line with LTE Group policies and procedures. To lead a team that seeks to facilitate a smooth transition for service users in custody through to resettlement into the community. To provide contract management support to all Senior Coordinators across all sites. Provide support and cover for the TtG manager when required.
To do this successfully you`ll need to:
- Hold, or willing to obtain, a Level 4 qualification in Advice and Guidance
- Proven track record of contract management
- Proven track record of effectively leading a team
- Experience of developing an IAG service that meets quality standards
- Track record of working effectively with clients who present with challenging behaviour
