The Faculty of Business and Services delivers a wide range of FE and HE courses and a vacancy has arisen for an innovative and enthusiastic Hourly Paid Teacher/Assessor in ACCA and AAT. The role will involve preparing appropriate teaching material for ACCA/AAT students and higher apprentices, carrying out workplace assessments and preparing apprentices for their end point assessment. You will also carry out teaching appropriate to the requirements of individual courses and students.
You will have an ACCA or CIMA qualification or Chartered Status in Accounting, along with an accounting or related degree and/or professional qualification to a minimum of level 7. Relevant industry and recent teaching or training experience is essential to the post. A teaching qualification or willingness to achieve and being a member of the ACCA or another professional accounting body would be desirable.
